Cracker Dip Recipe

  1. Fish spread and crackers.
  2. Microwave filets till translucent/soft, (oily types of fish such as mackerel, etc work well).
  3. Remove moisture and mash with fork; add in all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. When using some fish (or possibly for a finer texture), complete recipe by pulsing briefly in a blender.
  5. Cold in refrigerator before serving.
  6. Makes a very good appetizer and cracker spread.
  7. Adjust recipe to your taste!
