Cracker Dip Recipe
- Fish spread and crackers.
- Microwave filets till translucent/soft, (oily types of fish such as mackerel, etc work well).
- Remove moisture and mash with fork; add in all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- When using some fish (or possibly for a finer texture), complete recipe by pulsing briefly in a blender.
- Cold in refrigerator before serving.
- Makes a very good appetizer and cracker spread.
- Adjust recipe to your taste!
