California-Style Barbecue Chicken Pizza
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 thin ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch), or your favourite pizza dough
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup thin red onion strips
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until done.
- Stir in 1 Tbsp.
- barbecue sauce.
- Spread pizza crust with remaining barbecue sauce; top with chicken, vegetables and cheese.
- Place crust directly on middle oven rack.
- Bake 8 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
