Grape & Roquefort Tartlets
- 12 Mini Fillo Shells
- 6 ounces, weight Roquefort Or Blue Cheese Cut Into Pieces
- 1/4 cups Grapes Cut Into Quarters
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Put the shells into a mini muffin tin.
- Place the cheese into the shells and then top with grapes.
- As the cheese melts it fills in the holes and gets lower, so be sure to fill the tarts fairly high.
- Bake at 400 F for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with the fresh thyme and drizzle with honey.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
