Greek Burgers

  1. Mix all the ingredients into the meat.
  2. When working with ground sirloin or ground beef, do not overwork the meat.
  3. Form into oval-shaped patties, almost like a small football.
  4. Grill them to your preferred doneness.
  5. Keep in mind though that they are thicker than a regular hamburger, so adjust your time accordingly.
  6. Serve them with tzatziki sauce (again, I made the recipe supplied by thenotetaker on this site) on a whole pita that has been fried slightly in olive oil.
  7. Enjoy!
