Violet Lassi
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 14 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons violets, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 13 cup sparkling water
- In the jug of a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, violets and honey.
- Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase speed to high and blend another 10 seconds, until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and stir in mineral water to taste.
