Baked Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Slit a pocket along the bone side of each chop.
  2. Prepare the stuffing by browning the onion and celery in a little fat, then combining with crumbs, salt and pepper, sage and poultry seasoning and water.
  3. Stuff each chop with 1/4 of the mix.
  4. Skewer edges together with toothpicks; season chops with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in baking pan.
  6. Cover and bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for one hour.
  7. Remove cover and continue baking another 30 min to brown.
  8. Serves 4.
