Hokkien Mee Healthier

  1. Stir-fried the prawns, squids , chopped button mushrooms and cai xin with garlic.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a pot, cook the noodle with enough stock to cover it.
  4. When the noodle is cooked, add in the seasonings, prawns, squids, fish cakes and cai xin.
  5. Let it cook for 1/2 minute then slowly stir-in the corn-starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve.
