EGG RICE
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tomatoes
- First start with frying the eggs , adding the salt , turmeric , red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Add chopped tomatoes
- Stir until nice yellowish in color
- Add the boiled rice and mix well until yellowish color obtained
