Easy Green Bean and Bacon Salad
- 1 roughly 30-40 Green beans
- 3 slice Bacon
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Mustard (a small amount is fine for children)
- Remove the ends from the green beans and boil until soft.
- Cut the bacon into pieces of roughly 5 mm width.
- Cut the boiled green beans into bite-size pieces.
- Put the green beans and bacon in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mustard, and mix.
- It's ready to eat.
- You can also use Japanese mustard instead of regular mustard.
