Chicken salad

  1. Put the chicken breast in the boiling water and cook it for about 15 to 25 minutes.
  2. Rip the lettuce into small pieces and cut the olives in 1/4.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set it aside.
  4. Once cooked slice the chicken breast into strips and fry it in a dry pan until it gets golden brown.
  5. Cut the bread in cubes and put it in the oven set to max temperature until it gets golden brown.
  6. Mix all the ingredients in and serve.
