Chicken salad
- 150 grams lettuce
- 150 grams chicken breasts
- 50 grams feta
- 7 olives
- 2 slice bread
- 2 tsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Put the chicken breast in the boiling water and cook it for about 15 to 25 minutes.
- Rip the lettuce into small pieces and cut the olives in 1/4.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set it aside.
- Once cooked slice the chicken breast into strips and fry it in a dry pan until it gets golden brown.
- Cut the bread in cubes and put it in the oven set to max temperature until it gets golden brown.
- Mix all the ingredients in and serve.
