Smoked Salmon Log Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can salmon
- 1 (8 ounce.) creamed cheese
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- Minced pecans, if you like
- Drain and debone salmon.
- Add in cream cheese, softened and other ingredients.
- Roll in wax paper to create log.
- Roll in nuts if you like and chill overnight before serving.
- Serve with crackers, for parties or possibly showers.
