Easy Pesto Shrimp Skewers on the Grill

  1. In a large bowl, combine pesto, salt, pepper and lime juice.
  2. Add shrimp, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread lime, shrimp and tomato onto skewers.
  5. Preheat a gas grill to medium low heat.
  6. Glean grates and lightly grease them.
  7. Cook skewers for 34 minutes per side, turning once, until shrimp is no longer pink.
  8. Serve.
