• 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 12 cup pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
• 14 cup coconut, shavings
• crisp romaine lettuce
• grilled chicken
• candied pecans
• fresh chunks pineapple
• fresh halved strawberry

1. Mix together the dressing ingredients!
