Borracho Beans

  1. In a medium pot over medium-high heat, stir to combine all ingredients except the cilantro and lime wedges.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
