Marilyne's Artichoke Frittata Recipe
- 3 (6 ounce.) jars marinated artichokes, liquid removed and finely minced
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 single soda crackers, finely crushed
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix ingredients.
- Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cut into squares.
- Serve hot.
