Best Bacon/Cheese Grits

• 12 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1 12 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
• 1 teaspoon bacon grease
• 4 cups cooked grits (regular/not instant)
• salt and pepper

1. Cook the grits according to package directions.
2. Add the bacon, cheese and bacon grease.
3. Keep stirring over low heat until the cheese melts; serve while hot.
