Spicy Chorizo Dip
- 1 lb. Mexican chorizo, crumbled
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL 99% Fat Free Refried Beans
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Cook meat with peppers in large skillet 8 to 10 min.
- or until meat is browned.
- Add refried beans, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and onions.
- Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
- Spoon into pie plate.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
