Best Fruit Cake Recipe

• 3 c. chunk walnuts
• 1 (3 ounce.) pitted dates
• 1 c. Maraschino cherries
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 c. flour, sifted
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr & salt
• 3 Large eggs

1. Grease a loaf pan and line bottom and sides with wax paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, put nuts, dates (cut in 1/2), cherries (cut in 1/2) in another bowl.
3. Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
4. Mix with fruit in another bowl.
5. Beat Large eggs well.
6. Add in vanilla.
7. Mix thoroughly with above mix.
8. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
9. Immediately turn baked cake on rack and remove wax paper.
10. Delicious - Delicious - Delicious!
