No-Bake Cinnamon Butterscotch Energy Bites

  1. If you havent already, grind 1/2 cup of oats in a blender.
  2. Combine cereal, whole oats, ground oats, protein powder and ground flax in a bowl.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together brown sugar, peanut butter, cinnamon and honey and heat in the microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring intermittently, until melted.
  4. Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from fridge and roll into balls, then press some butterscotch chips into each ball.
