Pita Crisps

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Separate each pita round into 2 individual layers.
  3. In small bowl, combine butter/margarine, parsley, basil and scallions.
  4. Brush evenly over rough side of pita layers.
  5. Evenly sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cut each pita layer into 6 wedges.
  7. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes or until crips and golden.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
