London Broil Recipe

  1. Trim any visible fat from steak.
  2. In a casserole dish or possibly shallow container with a tight fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients for a marinade.
  3. Place steak in marinade, turning to coat both sides.
  4. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs or possibly overnight, turning steak several times.
  5. Preheat broiler or possibly grill.
  6. Remove steak from marinade.
  7. Broil or possibly grill till medium-rare or possibly medium, about 5 min on each side.
  8. Don't over cook.
  9. If cooked well done, steak may be tough.
  10. Holding a sharp knife at a 45 degree angle, slice steak across grain as thinly as possible.
  11. Makes about 6 small servings (2 ounce.
