Apple Baked Ham
- 1 (8 -9 lb) fully cooked bone-in spiral-cut ham
- 18 -20 whole cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced (such as Fuju or Braeburn)
- 23 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons safeway select seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1. preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Remove ham from wrapper and place cut side down in large roasting or baking pan.
- Stud ham with cloves.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour, 20 minutes (10 minutes per pound).

- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet melt butter over medium heat.
- Add apples, cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Stir in jelly, vinegar and mustard; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until slightly thickened.
- Remove skillet from heat; set aside.
- 3.
- Remove ham from oven: raise heat to 375 degrees.
- Uncover ham and spoon apple mixture over ham.
- Return ham to oven; bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until glaze and apples are golden.
