Liver Pate Recipe

  1. Rinse liver and pat dry.
  2. Combine flour with basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the liver with flour mix and cook till tender.
  4. In another bowl, finely chop cooked Large eggs, add in mayonnaise, onion, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  5. Chop the liver and add in it to the egg mix.
  6. Pour over a splash of sherry wine, if you like, and serve with crackers or possibly rye bread cut in triangles.
