Non-Oil Fluffy Soboro for Babies
- 150 grams Chicken breast
- 150 grams Silken tofu
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Put all of the ingredients into a frying pan.
- You don't need to drain the tofu.
- As you break it all apart with long chopsticks, cook it on medium heat until most of the liquid evaporates.
- Then it's done.
- You could also add minced carrot, green pepper, or mushrooms!
- You should warm up the harder to cook ingredients in the microwave before placing them in the frying pan.
- Use as a filling for an egg omelet.
