Coconut popcorn shrimp

  1. Heat oil 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Coat the shrimp with arrowroot powder coat well
  3. Add the batter to shrimp.
  4. Then deep fry in vegetable oil.
  5. When done add to a paper towel to absorb excessive oil.
  6. Serve hope you enjoy!
