Green Bean And Corn Salad Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans
- 1 c. cooked corn kernels
- 2 teaspoon finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 tbsp. minced green bell pepper
- 1 pimiento, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 c. French Dressing
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Lettuce or possibly other greens
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled, for garnish
- 1.
- Toss beans with corn, onion, celery, bell pepper and pimiento.
- 2.
- Stir together dressing and vinegar.
- Pour over salad; toss well.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
- 3.
- Line salad plate or possibly bowl with lettuce, arrange salad on greens and garnish with bacon.
- Serves 4 to 6.
