Everything-Bagel Crusted Salmon
- Sauce
- PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 1/4 cup chervil leaves
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup dried tarragon leaves
- Crusted Salmon
- 1/4 cup sesame seed
- 1/4 cup poppy seed
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup dried minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. caraway seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 24 each skinless salmon fillets (5 oz.)
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 3 qt. "Creamed" Cabbage Gratin
- Sauce: Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring as needed.
- Crusted Salmon: Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Rub 2-1/2 tsp.
- of the seasoning mixture onto top of each salmon fillet.
- Heat saute pan on medium heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- oil for each salmon fillet to be cooked.
- Place salmon fillets, seasoned-sides down, in pan; cook 2 min.
- or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted.
- Turn salmon; cook 3 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Reheat Sauce in microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed.
- For each serving: Mound 1/2 cup "Creamed" Cabbage Gratin onto center of serving plate; top with 1 Crusted Salmon fillet.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
- sauce around salmon.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- chives.
