Bourbon And Chocolate Pecan Pie Recipe
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
- 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Bourbon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 x Pie, (9-inch) shell
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add in Large eggs, syrup, salt, bourbon, and vanilla.
- Mix till blended.
- Spread pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell.
- Pour filling into shell.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 min.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
