Italian Sandwich With Pesto, Weight Watchers

  1. Combine basil, pine nuts, garlic and oil and blend in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Spread rolls evenly with sauce.
  3. Top each roll with equal amounts of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and sun-dried tomatoes.
