Triple Chocolate Drizzle Cookies

  1. Pre heat oven to 160 c and prepare a baking tray lightly greased and lined with baking paper...
  2. In a mixing bowl cream together both sugars, butter and vanilla extract until pale and light.
  3. Add egg then fold in flour followed by the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked...
  5. Allow to cool completely on a rack..
  6. Meanwhile melt the block of chocolate in a heat proof bowl, placed over a pot of simmering water... (dont let any water get in the bowl) mix gently until melted and smooth.
  7. Once cookies are cool drizzle melted chocolate all over them!
  8. Enjoy :)
