Cottage Cheese with an Attitude

• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
• 2 French bread slices, toasted
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1. Spoon cottage cheese onto toast slices.
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
