Gruyere and Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 cup Gruyere Or Swiss Cheese
- 2 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Finely Chopped
- 6 Tablespoons Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
- 6 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 30 whole Crimni Mushrooms, Cleaned And Stems Removed
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine cheese, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, butter and salt.
- Using a small cookie scoop, fill mushroom caps with mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes on a lined baking sheet until tops are golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
