Gruyere and Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine cheese, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, butter and salt.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, fill mushroom caps with mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes on a lined baking sheet until tops are golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately.
