Szechuan Style Chicken And Broccoli Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Combine Picante souce, soy sauce, water, cornstarch and sugar in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the oil in wok or possibly large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add in chicken and stir fry 3 to 4 min or possibly till cooked through.
  6. Remove with slotted spoon.
  7. Add in remaining oil, onion, garlic, and ginger to skillet; stir fry 30 seconds.
  8. Add in broccoli and peppers; stir fry 3 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp tender.
  9. Add in chicken and Picante sauce mix; stir fry about 1 minute or possibly till sauce thickens.
  10. Serve with additional Picante sauce.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
  12. Sauce can be doubled.
