Corn-Onion Casserole
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French fried onion rings, divded
- Beat eggs yolks until think and lemon colored.
- Add next 4 ingredients and blend well.
- Stir in 1 cup French fried onions.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour mixture into a 1-1/2 quart ungreased casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
- Serve immediately.
