Bourani ( pilaf)
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 6 small tomatoes, minced
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 cups water
- salt and pepper
- 13 bunch parsley, chopped
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- Heat olive oil and saute onion and parsley.
- Add tomatoes,season.
- Add rice and water and simmer until water is absorbed.
