Banana Graham Muffins (Motts) Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Line 16 (2 1/2 inch) muffin c. with paper liners or possibly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  4. In medium bowl, whisk together bananas, apple sauce, lowfat milk, egg and vanilla.
  5. Stir apple sauce mix into flour mix just till moistened.
  6. Mix in pecans, if you like.
  7. Spoon proportionately into prepared muffin c..
  8. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Immediately remove from pan; cold on wire rack 10 min.
  10. Serve hot or possibly cold completely.
