Mediterranean Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
  2. Pour dressing over potatoes in large bowl.
  3. Add cheese, parsley and peppers; toss lightly.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
