Roasted Pork Tenderloin
- 1 package Pork Tenderloins (2 Loins Per Package)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil, Or As Needed To Drizzle On The Loins
- Prepare the pork tenderloins by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- Grate the garlic cloves and rub them over the top of the tenderloins.
- Place the tenderloins in an oven proof baking dish.
- Place sprigs of rosemary next to the tenderloins.
- Drizzle with olive oil (about a quarter cup).
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Put the dish into the oven and roast for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the loins rest for 5-10 minutes.
