Easy German Potato Casserole

• 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3 Tbsp. Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
• 1 pkg. (750 g) frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed
• 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
• 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
• 6 green onions, sliced, divided
• 1 cup French fried onions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix cream cheese product, milk and vinegar in large bowl until blended.
3. Add hash browns, cheese, half the bacon and 1/2 cup green onions; mix lightly.
4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Bake 50 min.
6. or until heated through, topping with French fried onions after 35 min.
7. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and green onions.
