My Husband Raves About This! Rosemary Flavored Roast Pork

  1. Season the block of pork generously with salt and pepper and rosemary, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  2. (If you're busy, 30 minutes is fine.)
  3. Put the meat on a baking pan.
  4. (If it has a layer of fat, put that on top.)
  5. Roast in a 200C oven for 30 minutes, then roast for another 20 minutes at 170C.
  6. Done!
  7. Make the sauce: Add the -marked ingredients to the baking pan and mix with the pan juices.
  8. Bring to a boil on the stove-top while scraping the pan.
  9. (Use oven mitts.)
  10. Transfer all the sauce ingredients from the pan to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
