My Husband Raves About This! Rosemary Flavored Roast Pork
- 300 to 350 grams Pork (block) - choose one of the following 3 options:
- 1 it's tender, not too fatty and just right . Option 1: Pork round
- 1 hearty and delicious! for parties and events Option 2: Pork shouder
- 1 healthy and low fat! tender Option 3: Pork fillet
- 1 Salt and pepper (use rock salt and black pepper if possible)
- 1 Rosemary
- 1 medium Grated onion
- 1 medium Sweet new harvest onion (grated)
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1/3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- Season the block of pork generously with salt and pepper and rosemary, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- (If you're busy, 30 minutes is fine.)
- Put the meat on a baking pan.
- (If it has a layer of fat, put that on top.)
- Roast in a 200C oven for 30 minutes, then roast for another 20 minutes at 170C.
- Done!
- Make the sauce: Add the -marked ingredients to the baking pan and mix with the pan juices.
- Bring to a boil on the stove-top while scraping the pan.
- (Use oven mitts.)
- Transfer all the sauce ingredients from the pan to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
