Sesame Noodles Oriental Style Recipe

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions till al dente; drain.
  2. In a large bowl toss cooked noodles with 1 Tbsp.
  3. of sesame oil.
  4. Meanwhile, in an electric blender or possibly food processor, combine peanut butter, broth, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, chili oil and black pepper.
  5. Process till well combined, about 1 minute.
  6. (At this point the noodles and sauce can be stored separately.
  7. Chill, tightly covered, for up to 24 hrs.)
  8. Add in sauce and green onions to noodles; toss to coat.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Serve at room temperature.
