Delicious Pasta with Tomatoes and Tuna
- 300 grams Pasta of your choice
- 1 can Canned tomato (cut or whole)
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 modest pinches Red chili peppers (sliced into rounds)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Sake
- 1/2 tsp plus Salt
- Boil water to cook the pasta.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Pan-fry the chili peppers and garlic over medium heat.
- When the garlic is fragrant, add sake.
- After a while, add the canned tomato and coat.
- The heat should remain at medium heat.
- When everything is mixed together and the alcohol has evaporated, add salt and drained tuna.
- Simmer and reduce for 10 minutes over medium low heat.
- Cook pasta until slightly firm, and add to the pan.
- Toss.
- Season with salt.
- Dish it up and voila!
- Make sure to serve with lots of sauce.
