Breakfast Fondue Recipe
- 1 box herb croutons
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs. sausage, fried & diced
- 8-10 Large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- Place croutons in greased 9"x13" dish.
- Top with cheese, sausage; beat Large eggs with mustard and lowfat milk.
- Pour over.
- Chill overnight.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk and mushrooms.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
