Vegie and Noodle Stir Fry
- 2 (85 g) packets Maggi 2-minute noodles, any flavour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup water
- 12 broccoli floret
- 1 cup cauliflower floret
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 12 cup snow peas
- Cook the noodles and set aside.
- In a frying pan, add oil, onion,and bacon and cook until onion turns clear.
- add tomato, mixed herbs, worcestershire sauce, and water.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and snowpeas and cook until carrots are soft.
- Add noodles to pan, toss through, and serve into bowls.
