Delicious Zucchini, Bacon & Mushrooms
- 2 whole Medium Zucchini, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Small Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 packages Whole Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder, Or To Taste
- 1/2 pounds Bacon, Sliced Thinly
- 1 package Pasta Of Choice
- Slice each item, placing the zucchini, onions and mushrooms in a large bowl.
- Marinate in the olive oil, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
- Fry bacon until crisp in a large pan.
- Drain bacon pieces on paper towel, set aside.
- Drain grease from pan, do not wipe out.
- Boil water, add pasta.
- Cook until al dente.
- Add zucchini mix to bacon pan, fry until browned and tender.
- Add bacon back into pan to reheat.
- Toss pasta with zucchini mix and serve.
