Cheesy Googy Toast
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 thick slices bread, centre cut out with 6cm scone cutter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 eggs
- Crispy bacon and salad, to serve
- Whisk together the cheese spread, milk and seasoning.
- Dip both sides of each bread slice in the cheese mixture.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
- Add bread slices and cook one side until golden.
- Turn bread slices and add a cracked egg into the centre of each bread slice.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Serve with crispy bacon and a salad.
