Kielbasa Tomato Salad

  1. Cut kielbasa into 1/2-inch rounds; place in medium skillet.
  2. Cook over medium heat until browned, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove and put in a large glass bowl.
  4. Add tomatoes, onions, and peppers to sausage.
  5. Toss gently.
  6. Combine all remaining ingredients except oil and rosemary sprig in small bowl.
  7. Whisk in oil gradually until well blended.
  8. Pour over sausage mixture; cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
  9. Garnish with rosemary sprig, if using, for garnish.
  10. Serve cold.
  11. Put leftovers in the refrigerators.
