Lattice Philly Treats
- 32 Lattice biscuits, trimmed to fit pan
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 400ml can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 425g can peach halves, drained, chopped
- 5 teaspoon gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
- Place 16 biscuits into the base of a 20 x 20cm square pan.
- Beat Philly* using an electric mixer, until smooth.
- Add milk and juice and beat until well combined.
- Stir in peaches and gelatine mixture.
- Pour over prepared base, top with remaining lattice biscuits.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
