Lattice Philly Treats

  1. Place 16 biscuits into the base of a 20 x 20cm square pan.
  2. Beat Philly* using an electric mixer, until smooth.
  3. Add milk and juice and beat until well combined.
  4. Stir in peaches and gelatine mixture.
  5. Pour over prepared base, top with remaining lattice biscuits.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
