Venus De Milo Minestrone Soup Recipe
- 2 quarts. water
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 c. Orzo
- 1 (1 lb.) can peeled tomatoes
- 1 lg. can Veg-All
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 sm. can tomato paste
- Use 4 qt pan.
- Boil water and add in all ingredients, except Orzo, Veg-All, and onion soup.
- Boil approximately 20 min.
- Check which celery and onion are cooked.
- Add in Orzo, Veg-All, and onion soup.
- Season to taste (salt).
- Lower heat and cook 10 more min till Orzo is puffy.
- Stir occasionally.
