JELL-O Mocha Delight Pie
- 1 pkg (6-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
- 2 tsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast granules
- 1 prepared 9 inch (23 cm) graham crumb crust
- 1 tub (500 mL) Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, thawed
- PREPARE pudding and pie filling mix as directed on package; stir in coffee.
- Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- MEASURE 1 cup (250 mL) pudding; cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill until cool, about 1/2 hour.
- SPOON remaining pie filling into crumb crust.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill.
- BEAT measured filling until smooth; fold into 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) whipped topping.
- Spread over filling.
- Chill 3 hours.
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
